Tidelands Park

Tidelands Park is a two-acre waterfront park at the south end of the Embarcadero and one of Morro Bay’s primary outdoor event venues, with a city facility-use application process for weddings, gatherings, and community events. It has picnic areas with barbecues, a nautically themed children’s play area locals call Pirate Park, a public pier and side-tie dock, a boat launch, and a wide lawn with a head-on view of Morro Rock. Stairs lead down to the mud flats for a close look at estuary wildlife. It hosts many community celebrations through the year.
