The Nauti Anchor

The Nauti Anchor is a craft beer and coffee house in North Morro Bay, at 2940 Main Street, in the space that was formerly Foghorn Brewhouse. The rebranded pub keeps the easygoing, locals-first spirit of a neighborhood brew house while leaning into a nautical Morro Bay identity, right down to the logo’s anchor set against the Rock. It sits on the North Morro Bay stretch of Main Street, an easy park and a low-key alternative to the busier Embarcadero waterfront.

True to the “brew house” idea in both senses, The Nauti Anchor pours cold craft beer and brewed coffee alike, with a full kitchen turning out casual pub food. The room and its patio make a comfortable spot for a pint, a bite, and whatever is happening on the calendar that night, from live music to comedy. The patio is pet-friendly, in keeping with a town where the dog usually comes along.

Entertainment is a real part of the draw here. The Nauti Anchor hosts live music and has become a home for Morro Bay Comedy Night, the recurring stand-up showcase presented by Cen Cal Comedy, bringing touring and regional comedians to North Morro Bay for free-entry shows with VIP tables available. Between the music, the comedy, the craft beer, and the full kitchen, it functions as a genuine neighborhood gathering spot rather than just a place to grab a drink.

You will find The Nauti Anchor on Main Street in North Morro Bay, a short drive from downtown and the Embarcadero. Check the HelloMorroBay event calendar for upcoming live music, comedy nights, and events at the venue.
