The White Caps close their season with a holiday concert at the Saturday farmers market downtown.

The community band’s last date of the year: holiday favorites played outdoors at the downtown farmers market, the Saturday after the Lighted Boat Parade, when Main Street is already decorated and the crowd is already in the mood. It’s the free, no-ticket, bring-the-kids end of the holiday music spectrum, and the Trumpet Alliance’s brass afternoon at Cuesta the next day makes it a two-day brass weekend for anyone who wants one.
