Denver indie-jam quartet Sqwerv plays a December Thursday at The Siren.

Classic rock, psychedelic funk, and four-part harmonies stretched into long improvised sets: Sqwerv is a nationally touring quartet with a full-length record due in 2026 and opening slots for George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, and Spafford already behind it. A Thursday jam band show lands in the quiet stretch between the Lighted Boat Parade weekend and The Heeters on the 11th, and this room rewards bands that stretch out.
