We’re throwing a Halloween party. We wanted to create somewhere you can actually go out on Halloween night, dress up, have fun, meet new people, and be in community without the night revolving around alcohol.
Every year for Morro Bay’s downtown trick-or-treat, we transform the hallway of the historic Circle Inn into our Haunted Hallway, and this year we’re taking it even further. We’re decking out the whole shop and bringing the spooky vibes into the night with Halloween projections, interactive games, tarot readings, kava specials, and more. Tarot readings with @mahsazaribaf will be available for separate purchase.
Costume contest at 8 PM with three winners and some badass prizes from the shop and other local businesses, so come dressed up. Come with your people or come solo and make some new friends. Drink kava, play games, get weird, and have a fun, conscious Halloween night with us.
And before the adults come out to play, bring the kids by during Morro Bay’s annual downtown trick-or-treat. We’ll be handing out treats and the Haunted Hallway will be in full effect.
Where: Lumin Earth Apothecary, 875 Main St., Suite C, Morro Bay
When: Saturday, October 31, 6 to 10 PM. Costume contest at 8 PM.
Cost: $15 admission, first kava shell included. Tarot readings priced separately.
Good to know: Alcohol-free event. Trick-or-treat stop and Haunted Hallway open earlier in the day during the downtown trick-or-treat.
Halloween weekend fills up fast; the rest of the Morro Bay events calendar has the other costumes-encouraged nights.
