Two brothers from São Paulo, now shaking up the Portland, Oregon scene, play originals like Ones and Pennies and Cucumber Vodka alongside their own takes on the classics, with a delivery that is as much comedy as concert; Portland Monthly called it a rock and roll urban revival. Sol Arc opens with laid-back reggae crossed with punk energy. Nine dollars in advance for a Saturday night this strange is a bargain.
