Singer-songwriter Diane Petra plays a free Kava Night set at Lumin Earth Apothecary on Main Street.

Lumin Earth’s Kava Night gets its live music back with Diane Petra returning for an evening of original songs, self-described coastal cowgirl gypsy folk, from 6:30 to 8:00 PM on Friday, September 25. It’s the quiet-room end of a loud Friday downtown: kava and herbal elixirs instead of a bar tab, all ages instead of a door check, and an apothecary tucked into the back of the building instead of a stage. Grab a shell, find a spot, and stay awhile, as the hosts put it.
