The sound is island reggae with a rock backbone, songs about water and family and the long view, and the kind of stage presence you’d expect from someone who’s spent his life in front of literal walls of ocean.
The Siren’s the right room for this. A 370-capacity club with the warm-room feel of an evening on a North Shore porch turned indoors, and the kind of bookings that don’t happen in towns this size very often. Tuesday night might be the calendar’s quietest slot, but on June 9 it’s the one to clear.
Table reservations are limited and $100 each, email monte@thesirenmorrobay.com to lock one in. Otherwise general admission. Full Siren bar and kitchen running through the show. Tickets through Good Medicine Presents.
There’s always more going on, the HelloMorroBay events calendar keeps track.
