Morro Bay Marine Swap Meet

The annual Morro Bay Marine Swap Meet returns on Saturday, June 27, from 8 AM to 1 PM.

Free admission, free to browse, free parking (within reason: arrive early for the closest spots). The marine swap meet is exactly what the name promises: an outdoor flea market of boat gear, fishing tackle, dock and harbor equipment, salvage, parts, and the kind of nautical odds and ends that only a working harbor town can put on a single lot.

This is part garage sale, part flea market, part Morro Bay maritime culture on display. Bring cash for the smaller sellers. Bring a list if you have specific gear in mind, since the bigger items move fast. And bring patience because half the fun is just walking the rows and stumbling across a piece of brass hardware or a rod you didn’t know you needed.

Free admission, all ages welcome, dog-friendly (leashed). Sellers and shoppers both turn out from across the Central Coast.
