This Wednesday-morning field trip with leader Jay focuses on the season’s nesting and breeding activity – hawks, owls, sparrows, flycatchers, hummingbirds, and ducks all in courtship, brooding, or feeding mode across the preserve’s coastal scrub, freshwater ponds, and bay overlook.
Limited to 12 participants. Registration is required, and selected attendees are notified by email confirmation.
Wear sturdy walking shoes, dress in layers, and bring binoculars, sunscreen, water, and snacks. Port-a-potty available at the east entrance.
For everything else worth your weekend, the HelloMorroBay events calendar is the place to start.
