Boston-raised, where he grew up watching an uncle work the local club scene, Nick Hames became a social media guitar star and toured New England before moving to Los Angeles to start HAMES, a project that folds pop, rock, and blues into one sound. The venue calls it a great live show and recommends arriving early for dinner and a seat, sound advice on a holiday weekend when the Embarcadero crowd drifts up Main Street after dark.
