DESCRIPTION:The Maritime Museum presents Speara and Of Marshes & Morros\, two ocean films with one of them set in our own estuary.\nThe Morro Bay Maritime Museum takes over the Monday Special for a double bill of short films about living beside the ocean and answering for it: Speara follows a worldwide journey of communing with the sea through spearfishing\, and Of Marshes & Morros tells a local story of advocacy and conservation in the estuary in our very backyard. For a town whose marsh\, morros\, and working water are the whole point\, half this program is quite literally about home.
